On any given day, the keeper may have been asked to risk their life to save another’s. Rough seas or bad weather, it mattered little to these dedicated souls. About Dr. Michael Price
Born and raised in West Virginia, Dr. Michael Price holds four degrees from four universities, including West Liberty University (WV), West Virginia University, Brite Divinity School (Texas Christian University), and The George Washington University. In addition, he has been an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) for over 30-years and has served churches in Louisiana, Virginia, North Carolina and Florida. Whether he’s teaching Old or New Testament, Religions of the Near East, American History, or Historical Geography, his unique ability to combine his education, experience, and energy has made him a favorite among students at two North Carolina colleges and his many congregants.
